The main tasks and challenges
We were approached by a client who wanted to create an e-commerce platform to support small and medium-sized businesses. On this platform, customers can purchase boxes and other packaging equipment to ship their products wholesale and retail.
After assessing the volume of work, our developers used the following technologies to create the Shoptobi platform:
Laravel is a popular framework used to develop web applications and PHP programming language is used for the framework. The main advantage of Laravel is that this framework provides developers with convenient and powerful tools for developing effective and modern web solutions.
VueJS is a progressive front-end framework based on JavaScript, which allows you to create single-page web applications and user interfaces based on the above language.
Solution
To support companies and small businesses, we have created a service for ordering and delivering packaging goods for convenient delivery of wholesale and retail products. This platform contains a dashboard that allows you to track all orders and their cost and to analyze total sales by the number of profits, orders, products sold, and customers.
There is also a separate tab on the site with a list of purchases, where the cost of these purchases, the status of the order, and the order creation date. On the site, you can view data about each individual order, including the customer’s contact information.
Also, sellers of the platform create their working accounts on this platform, where they can create orders, change their status, etc.
